Skillful Facilitation helps leaders, executive directors, managers and boards to clarify their vision, and then guides them to translate that vision into reality. That means communicating the vision and inspiring others to get on board. It's not enough to create a vision and goals - leaders and teams need to focus as much attention on the implementation, in an ongoing way, and identify the obstacles that get in the way. They need to ask "What's working?" and "What's not?" We help organizations focus on managing the implementation, so that strategic plans or action plans don't end up sitting on a shelf!
